Hemang Dave and David Page assembled a team of experienced leaders with backgrounds in transforming innovative ideas into world-class solutions and highly successful companies. They come with multiple years of successful engineering development and business building experience to shape the products, services and platforms that are remaking personal transportation solutions that address urban congestion and pollution for both the commuter and the organization. PIETZO’s management team and advisors brings unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing organizations as they look to deploy green fleet initiatives.. They have worked at and for companies that include startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Since, PIETZO has grown to include a team with over 50 years of engineering development and business-building experience to shape the products, services and platforms that are remaking fleet-oriented personal transportation solutions. Management

 

Hemang Dave

Hemang brings over 30 years of experience in creating innovative teams to bring compelling solution to technical problems. His track record of success includes senior management roles at Prime Computer, ComputerVision, Lotus Development, CMGI, and THINQ Learning Solutions. He started his career in IBM as an EE/CS Engineer after graduating from University of Connecticut in 1978. His career has spanned computer hardware, software, internet, finance and new venture funding. He has founded 6 companies and has fostered the development of dozens more as an active mentor to entrepreneurs in the greater Boston area. He serves on multiple advisory and governance boards of innovative non-profit organizations in Boston. His passion is to help improve the world by solving complex and inter-disciplinary problems.

David Page

David brings over 30 years of experience creating, building and managing technology organizations. His track record of success spans the founding of two start-ups IDEAssociates and EnvoyWorldWide; two leverage buyouts Alcatel Data Systems and Network Solutions and the restructuring and sale of Tribotek. Throughout his career as COO/CEO he has developed and lead teams that have successfully delivered software, SaaS, communication products and components to Global 1000 companies. His experience in building companies includes successful responsibilities for R&D, Quality, Service, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and M&A. In addition Mr. Page has been responsible for many international supplier relationships. Early in his career Mr. Page worked at Hewlett-Packard. He graduated from Cornell University with a BSEE and holds an MBA from Harvard University

Peter Nielsen

Peter has been involved in all areas of product development for 35 years. He was a contributor to the first noise-cancellation headset program at Bose Corporation, and for many years a Senior Designer at Product Genesis, a Cambridge-based product development company involved with consumer, medical and avionics programs. In private consulting he developed a suspension system for in-line skates successfully licensed to Oxygen, an Austrian manufacturer. He became Product Manager for EmPower, an MIT-based manufacturer of electric scooters until their buyout by the Zap Corporation, and consulted with NovaCruz on their successful Xootr push scooter. Peter then developed a patented system of integrated bicycle brakes and another for folding time trial handlebars, both debuted at EICMA, the Milan Bicycle Show. As well as light transportation devices Peter has developed many medical, decorative, and aerospace products. He holds ten patents and his work has been shown in the Wall Street Journal, Popular Science, Wired, Popular Mechanics, Stuff Magazine, Cosmopolitan, and many other publications. He mentors students in product development programs at MIT.

Lisa Rhodes

Over the past fifteen years, Ms. Rhodes has held senior sales and operations roles in several global information and communications companies, including stints as Vice President of Sales at Alcatel, Senior Vice President of Sales at IPC, Director of Sales at Sycamore Networks, and Senior Director at MCI. In every organization in which she has worked, Ms. Rhodes has played a leadership role, building and managing teams as small as 15 and as large as 300 with competencies in sales, software development, program management, network management, and OSS systems.


Kathleen Goodwin

Ms. Goodwin is a dynamic and seasoned marketing executive, strategic thinker and launch expert in both the B2B and consumer worlds. Kathleen has 20 years of experience and a history of enhancing revenues through new product development, introduction and expertise in all areas of marketing, PR, research, and business development. Kathleen has a record of success at large publicly held, top venture-backed, Pre-IPO and private companies. Kathleen has lead teams of marketing professionals, recruited and developed talent. Her experience includes Simmons College, ATG, Con-way Inc., Nokia, Sony-Ericsson, Motorola , Newell Rubbermaid, The Active Network and Varolii. She also served as VP of Marketing for Ziff-Davis' publishing division.

Kathleen received her BA from New York University and is an alumna of Babson's Women in Business and Springboard Enterprise programs. She is also a frequent contributor to the Click Z Network. She volunteers her time as a coach and advisor to early-stage companies in the Maine and greater New England area.
