Returns and Refunds
Bicycle Accessories
You may return any bicycle accessory purchased through our store provided that the return request is received within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Buyers must contact Pietzo Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of the bicycle to request a return
- Returns will then be processed and a 10% restocking fee will be applied
- All returned bicycles must be received by Pietzo in NEW condition or they will not be accepted
- The buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs
- Used bicycles will not be accepted for return
