Pietzo and NuRide empower commuters to take a greener trip – without breaking a sweat

ESSEX, CT / May 26, 2010 – Pietzo, an innovative provider of hybrid electric bicycles, today announced a unique partnership with NuRide, the nation’s largest commuter rewards program. NuRide members who take greener trips – modes of travel that reduce traffic congestion and emissions – can enter to win a Pietzo electric-assisted bike and save $75 on the purchase of an e-bike.

To participate, individuals can sign up for free on the NuRide website (www.nuride.com) and earn points for every greener trip such biking, walking, telecommuting, carpooling, vanpooling or taking public transportation. Points can then be redeemed for a variety rewards such as restaurant coupons, retailer discounts and tickets to shows and attractions. NuRide members in Connecticut and Westchester County NY can redeem points for the Pietzo raffle and reward.
