Return Policy

At Pietzo, our goal is for you to be satisfied and delighted with your new hybrid electric bike. Every effort has been made to ensure that your bike has been properly assembled and tuned so that you may begin riding and enjoying your bike immediately. Check the owner’s manual for service and maintenance recommendations to keep your electric bicycle running smoothly for many years of use.

In the unlikely event you wish to return the bike (and provided accessories such as helmet, lock etc.) you must call us at (617) 674-2747 or email [email protected] within 7 days of when your bike is delivered to request a refund. There will be a 10% restocking fee on each return. The bike and accessories must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for return. Bicycles that show any sign of use or wear will be assessed as “used”, additional fees will be determined at the time of return.

Discontinued models and closeouts are final sales and no returns will be accepted on bikes and accessories sold under these conditions.

All Pietzo electric bicycles come with a one year limited warranty.
